garden maintenance

TFU have been maintaining gardens in and around Henley-on-Thames and Marlow since 2011

This includes regular garden maintenance for homes and businesses as well as ad hoc gardening services for Landlords, Estate Agents and those in need of extra garden help.

We specialise in doing the 'right job, right time'© with long term garden health and climate resilience in mind as well as balancing ornamental appeal, floral variety and productivity.

This includes ;

Optimising flower beds and borders for year round ornamental variety
Nurturing vegetable, herb and cutting gardens for health and productivity
Small tree / shrub pruning
Regenerating tired plants and refreshing bed and border designs
Hedge and lawn maintenance and care

We are RHS qualified, trained in Biodynamic, Regenerative & Permaculture based horticulture, fully insured, use our own low impact battery-operated tools and have a selection of high reach towers and safety equipment for specialist work.

We have a minimum booking of 1 gardener for 4 hrs and are happy to remove and recycle garden waste offsite if required.

PLANT & DESIGN

Jane, our Founder, offers her Garden Design services through The Flower Union.

She has been designing beautiful gardens and planting schemes in and around Henley-on-Thames and Marlow since 2014.

She offers a full or partial design service, sources plants from a wide range of specialists as well as using her own hardy plants, hand grown in Hambleden, and guarantees her planting schemes for at least 5 years when The Flower Union garden teams are employed to maintain them.

Dependent upon size of garden and scale of project - minimum £350*
Build and maintenance fees charged as below

Regular garden maintenance - from £27.50* / hr
Ad hoc gardening - clearing / tidying / hedge trimming / tree pruning - £35* / hr

Extras* - charged / day (or part thereof) ;

Hire of scaffolding tower & safety equipment - £100*
Waste removal - £27.50* plus time @ £27.50/hr plus £1* per mile from client location to nearest waste recycling centre

*plus VAT @ 20%
